Welcome to the "Giftit" platform.

Your use of the Giftit platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes.

• Platform: The "Giftit" electronic platform with its content and services that allow users to send electronic gift cards provided by partners.
• Store: The commercial entity registered as a partner, licensed for trade, and contracted with to market electronic gift cards.
• User: Anyone who owns an account within the platform, whether the giver or the recipient.
• Giver: The user who purchases and sends the gift.
• Recipient: The person to whom the gift is sent.
• Electronic Gift Card: A card with a specified amount used to purchase goods from the store.
• Order: The process of purchasing a gift through the application.

• The user must be 18 years of age or older.
• The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
• The platform is not responsible for any damage resulting from entering incorrect data.
• Using the platform for purposes contrary to the law is prohibited.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of violation of the terms.
• Messages and notifications within the application or via email are considered legally binding.

• The platform is committed to protecting user data.
• Information is not shared with any external parties except when legally necessary.
• Data (name, email, mobile number) is collected upon registration.
• The platform does not store electronic payment data.
• The user can delete their account at any time unless there is a legal case.

• We comply with security standards to protect your data.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We retain your data throughout the usage period in accordance with laws.

• Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Payment is made through secure electronic payment gateways.
• No amount is deducted except after confirmation of the purchase.

• Gift card validity period according to agreement with the store (not less than 14 days).
• In case the gift is not received, the amount is refunded after deducting the service fee.
• An alternative product can be chosen or the amount returned to the wallet within the platform.
• The gift cannot be received in cash.
• Returns are only made in permitted cases.

• The platform is not responsible for any indirect damages.
• The platform is not responsible for store errors in execution.
• The platform does not bear delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

• The platform and all users are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Disputes are resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, arbitration takes place in Dammam according to the Saudi arbitration system.

The platform is not responsible for any failure resulting from circumstances beyond control such as disasters or internet outages.

• The platform has the right to modify the terms whenever it wishes and users will be notified of this.
• Your continued use of the platform means your full acceptance of the modifications.
